"I like Mike. He definitely helps me out with my billing concerns. He is very responsive. Assistance Farrah is so sweet and answered my questions without needing to have Mike return my call. State Farm Insurance in general is a different story. I do not like how they out of nowhere increase monthly payment because of mileage. I hardly drive my vehicle do to travel so my mileage on my vehicle is low for the amount of years I’ve had it. This is where Mike come in and helps me out with this ongoing issue with IMs company. "I called Mike to cancel my renters insurance and said he would take care of it. A year later after my car insurance was switched to another carrier, and there was still a bill for renters insurance. That's when I realized Mike didn't take care of it. Also he was rude. Don't put your trust in Mike, he doesn't take responsibility for his verbal promises."
